About This Project
This nine-storey office building is located at 100 Constellation Drive and provides over 380,000 SF of rentable space. The building has state-of-the-art computer-based systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation. Alliance was contracted to handle the installation of the building’s new stainless steel cooling tower.
