About This Project

With our Guaranteed Maximum Pricing service, Alliance was able to specify the cost for configuration, features, and materials. Alliance also took on responsibility for all trades required for the project.
Alliance put in significant effort scheduling and coordinating the removal and replacement of infrastructure components and completing the interior finishes to minimize the negative impact on tenants. Once new piping was installed, each floor was sectioned off into three parts for work to be completed in the suites. The process was highly successful because it limited the number of trades on-site and allowed tenants to plan ahead.
