About This Project

Located just off the 417 Queensway and the Pinecrest exit, 2745 Iris is a six-storey building with ground-floor retail shops as well as offices across the other floors.

Alliance was contracted to update and replace the Class B building’s chilled water and heating plant. The system supports the energy needs of the nearly 75,000 SF building with a mix of office and retail space.
