About This Project
318 Richmond Road is located in the thriving Westboro neighbourhood close to the intersection of Richmond and Churchill. Alliance was hired as the mechanical contractor for the entire gutting and rebuilding of this retail space.
Alliance’s design-build services were paramount in retrofitting this location with modern HVAC systems. The building is now home to Hybrid Pharm, Ottawa’s first specialty compounding pharmacy retailing cannabis-based products and solutions.
