About This Project
This new condo building, found at the intersection of Richmond Road and Island Park Drive, is being developed by Trinity Development Group. The nine-storey, mixed-use building will include ground-floor retail space, residential units, and sits above a preserved heritage gas station in Westboro.
Working alongside Goodkey, Weedmark & Associates Ltd. (GWAL), Alliance is handling mechanical contracting services. Morley Hoppner is the builder providing construction solutions for this Hobin Architecture-designed building.
