About This Project

Giant Tiger’s headquarters at 2480 Walkley Road underwent an expansion consisting of a new four-storey 173,800 SF office building as well as a 31,000 SF connected flagship store. Alliance was the prime mechanical contractor installing all plumbing, HVAC, and controls throughout the building.
This project was built to LEED specifications to help:
- Lower operating costs while increasing asset value
- Conserve energy, water, and other resources
- Offer a healthier and safer environment for occupants
- Qualify for incentives like tax rebates and zoning allowances
