About This Project
Located downtown, this hotel provides streamlined rooms and amenities just minutes away from Ottawa’s ByWard Market. Alliance was brought on to this project given their mechanical contracting experience and expertise.
We handled the coordination and installation of all the building’s heating, ventilation, and cooling/air-conditioning equipment that make up the HVAC systems. The nine-storey hotel contains 182 suites and underground parking with 79 spaces.
