About This Project
The Algonquin Students’ Association (SA) officially broke ground on the new Athletics and Recreation Centre back in 2019. Alliance was hired as the mechanical contractor, where we used building information modelling to plan and streamline the project. This approach resulted in a faster timeline, increased collaboration with other contractors and construction crews, reduced errors and costs, and a higher quality project.
The recently re-titled Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) will bring students together for athletics, fitness, and recreation in one central location on Algonquin’s main campus. ARC will have something for all students to discover and all in one breathtaking facility!
