About This Project

These towers are located at 300, 320, and 340 March Road and are part of the KRP Properties Gateway Business Park.
Alliance was hired for design-build services and was the mechanical contractor responsible for the HVAC system replacements. The towers were originally constructed back in 1988 and have over 120,000 rentable square feet in each of the six-storey buildings.
