About This Project
Place de Ville is an office tower complex located downtown Ottawa on Albert St made up of four buildings. Alliance was hired as the mechanical contractor responsible for updating and upgrading all the plumbing for a 23-storey, government-occupied office tower.
Alliance was tasked with overseeing all the plumbing updates, including pipes, fittings, and other important aspects for water supply and control. The project required us to coordinate between and manage the different teams and subcontractors while adhering to mandated budget and timeline obligations.
