About This Project
The Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre is a waste water treatment facility in Ottawa that provides secondary treatment to roughly 720,000 people. Alliance performed the mechanical construction for the thickening and de-watering building (T&D).
The facility was continually in operation for the two year duration of the project. An all new hydronic piping system was installed in addition to new pumps, heat exchangers, valves, air handling units, and industrial controls.
