About This Project
Stonemont On the Park is a three-building retirement home and senior residence complex located at 1068 Cummings Avenue with over 300 units. The retirement home consists of 186 rooms, the apartment portion has 130 residential units, and a two-storey podium connects the two buildings. Alliance provided the mechanical construction services on the project.
