About This Project

The Zibi site is located in the heart of the National Capital Region, straddling the Ottawa River between Ontario and Quebec. The site will feature a diverse mix of sustainable residential housing, commercial and office spaces, outdoor areas, and more.
O Condominiums (Zibi Block 13) features clean and modern architecture, ground-floor retail stores, terraces, and other functional living spaces. Alliance was contracted O’s geothermal and sustainability plans, which follow the One Planet Living® sustainability framework.
