We are proud to share that Karine Génier, CFO & Partner, has been named one of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade, in partnership with the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management Executive MBA program.
Karine has played a key role in shaping Alliance’s growth and transformation. Since 2022, she has led the development of our finance and human resources functions, strengthened financial governance, and supported the company through a period of significant expansion.
She also spearheaded the implementation of a new ERP system, significantly improving operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and real-time project visibility, while helping scale our organization to over 190 employees.
Beyond the numbers, Karine is a strong advocate for people and culture. Her leadership has contributed to building a workplace that supports employee development and engagement — helping Alliance earn recognition as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work.
